Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (within Pakistan)
- Free Delivery on orders over PKR 5,000
- PKR 250 for orders below PKR 5,000

Internal: Available in major cities

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email and whatsapp once your order ships. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Most carriers provide real-time updates on delivery status.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete during checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier service delays
- Address verification issues
- High order volume during peak seasons

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:
1. Document damage with photos
2. Contact us within 48 hours
3. We will file a claim with the courier and arrange replacement

Shipping Outside Pakistan

International shipping is not currently available. We only ship within Pakistan.
